What the quote form collects
- Your club's name, and the team or age group if you give it.
- The sport, the kit you need and rough quantities.
- Your deadline, if you give one.
- Your club crest, if you upload one.
- Your name and email address, and your phone number if you give it.
- Anything you write in the notes.
While you fill in the form, a draft of your answers is kept in your own browser's local storage so you do not lose them. It never leaves your device until you send the form, and it is deleted when you do. Clearing your browser's data for this site deletes it too.
The site has no analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own.
Why we use it
To reply to your request, design your kit and prepare a quote, and, if you order, to make and deliver it.
Our lawful basis under UK GDPR is that you have asked us to take steps before entering into a contract with us (Article 6(1)(b)). Where we keep a record of requests to run the business, our basis is our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).
Who sees it
Only our team. Your request passes through our website host, Cloudflare, and arrives in our email inbox, run by [FACT]. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it
We keep quote requests for [FACT], then delete them. If you order, we keep order records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounts.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict or stop using it, or ask for it in a form you can take elsewhere. Email hello@sportifycustom.co.uk. We reply within one month, as the law requires.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
